پروژه با متراژ زمین 220 متر مربع و زیر بنای 1300 متر مربع یک پروژه هشت سقف، 11 واحد در 3تیپ 5واحد 75 متری و 5واحد 85متری و یک واحد 200 متری vip طراحی شده است. استودیو میراث از مرحله ی طراحی پلان تا طراحی نما- طراحی داخلی هر واحد و نظارت بر روند اجرای کار در کنار کارفرماهای عزیز این پروژه، بودند

The Bahar Residential Project is an eight-story building with a total land area of 220 square meters and a built-up area of 1300 square meters. It features 11 units across three different layouts: five 75-square-meter units, five 85-square-meter units, and one 200-square-meter VIP unit. Mirath Studio was involved with this project from the initial planning stage to facade design, interior design for each unit, and supervision of the construction process.
